WestART 136 was established as a studio in 2015 by Mettler | Foeldes and will continue as a gallery | studio in 2017. 

​

Our program includes contemporary positions of narrative and conceptual art. The artists of the gallery reflect the boundaries of art with the media: photography, video, digital art and installations. 

​

We promote cultural activities in the up coming art district of the city of Zurich.  From February 1, 2018 the gallery integrates his off-space lab into their new concept.  "1 Mio. seconds of fame". 

Between the two major annual exhibitions in the gallery, emerging artists present their work during 14 days (plus 2 days construction and 1 day dismantling)  in our newly designed WINDOW OF FAME.
